The Foot Health Practice is conveniently situated in Station Road, Redruth. We are a friendly, established, forward-thinking podiatry practice with a passionate commitment to deliver comprehensive, high-quality foot health care at a reasonable cost.

Comfortable, pain-free feet are important in maintaining mobility and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Our feet work hard and yet are frequently neglected unless they give trouble.

Why choose our podiatry clinic?

Our podiatrists have completed a minimum of three years full-time training to degree level and are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council as well as being members of the Royal College of Podiatry. To ensure that they maintain and extend their knowledge and skills, and to comply with the requirements of registration, our podiatrists regularly undertake continuing professional development.

We are a Royal College of Podiatry Accredited Practice, which means you can have confidence that you are placing your feet in safe hands. In order to gain accreditation we have demonstrated that we meet the highest standards in all areas of our work including infection control, clinical environment, health and safety, record keeping and confidentiality – all of which is open to verification by an independent inspector.

The clinic’s spacious and fully equipped treatment rooms enable us to provide treatment in the best and safest environment. However, for those patients who are housebound, or have great difficulty in attending the practice, we do offer a home visiting service.

What is a Podiatrist?

A podiatrist is a health professional who deals with the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of medical and surgical conditions of the feet and lower limbs. A podiatrist can help improve mobility and maintain fit, active and pain-free feet.

Good foot health is important to maintaining your quality of life and should not be seen as a luxury.

What treatments do you provide?

Wherever possible we try to find long-term solutions to our patient’s foot problems and our treatment plans are aimed at achieving this objective. However, where appropriate we are also able to provide the regular, high-quality maintenance treatment which many patients require.

As one of Cornwall’s leading podiatry practices, we strive to provide the most comprehensive and up-to-date range of treatments for a wide variety of foot conditions. You can see a list of our treatments and services here.
